1. The short version

This policy covers only this website. The one piece of personal information we collect is your email address, and only if you choose to join the launch waitlist. We don't use analytics, advertising, or tracking, and we don't sell your data.

2. What we collect

• Email address (only if you submit it). When you join the waitlist, we store the email address you enter and the date you signed up. That's it.
• Basic technical data. Like any website, ours is served by a hosting provider (Cloudflare) whose servers automatically process standard request information — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We don't use this to identify you or combine it with your email.

We don't use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics.

3. How we use your email

For one purpose only: to send you a small number of messages about the Stills launch — ideally just a single notification the day it's available. No unrelated marketing, and we won't share your address with advertisers.

4. Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with the providers that make the website and the launch email work:

• Cloudflare — website hosting and the database that stores waitlist emails.
• An email delivery provider — when we send the launch announcement, we may use a reputable email service to deliver it.

These providers process the data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

5. Where it's stored

Waitlist emails are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare. We take reasonable measures to protect this information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your email until the launch announcement has been sent, after which we delete or anonymize the waitlist unless you've asked to stay on a future mailing list. You can ask us to remove your address at any time (see Contact).

7. Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe or delete. Email us any time to be removed from the waitlist.
• GDPR (EU/UK) and CCPA/CPRA (California). You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you and to object to its processing. Because all we hold is your email and signup date, these requests are simple to honor. We don't sell personal information.

8. Children

This website isn't directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we don't knowingly collect their information.

9. The Stills app

This policy is about the website only. The Stills app, when released, will have its own separate privacy policy.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and post the revised version here.
